Both ingame and SFM versions of the model are available. As explained at the download, I am not going to be providing support for the SFM version.. I am also not certain how much I'll be supporting the regular one either. >.<

Please note: As I just found out, after two hours of debugging/modeling, voice packs break lipsync. -___-

The model includes LOD optimization, lipsync and facial animations, working eyes, working mane and tail in the ragdoll, all the standard.

This one is not quite so polished as my Big Mac model. I've exhausted my mental energy finishing this one and now I need to take a break. If I continue making the pony tf2 models, which I do hope to, my next one will be the Rarity Spy. I haven't actually played much TF2 in the last month or so, so I'd like to do that.

The helmet is kind of a sad story. I originally planned to have it come on and off and operate normally, but I could not find a way to make it look good with the ears poking out, so I deformed the ears to make it look like the helmet was on them. Then I could not find a way to transition between the helmeted and non-helmeted versions without a very apparent seam poking through. To my perfectionism it was like having a seam in my own head and simply would not do.
In short, the helmet does not come off. This affects hats. I am not sure how to fix it as the fix must work with Blender and with the game engine. These constraints really mess up a lot of approaches to the problem.

I can't figure out how to put a screenshot. Sorry. But all I know is that I download the files from either place and when I install it, it glitches. It's just the head and the hair, though.

Sounds like it could be your jigglebones.
Assuming you are running a Windows box run the game and get it to glitch, then press the "Print Screen" button. This will copy whatever is being displayed on your monitor to your clipboard. Next open up an image editing program like Paint and press Control + V to paste the image, just like you would paste text in a text editor. If you're using paint you can then right click on the paste and select "Crop". This will size the image to match what you pasted. Finally save the image.
Now you need to get it online. You could post it to your deviant art (if you do, make sure you've set the category to scraps), or your Google Drive, whatever you'd like, but get it to me somehow.

The model is loading the wrong texture. It appears you have many mods already, I suspect one of these is replacing the engineer's head texture and is being loaded after the Applejack Engineer. Try deactivating your other mods and I expect it will show correctly. If you know which mod is affecting that texture, you can deactivate only that mod and it should work.

Im not sure you are aware of it, but when using "The Pomson 6000" it glitch up in first person view. the animation mimic the last weapon you were using (example wrangle, holding on the joystick normally but istead on the Pomsom 6000. Same if you last weapon used was wrench.) This force me to use other gun/weapon since it doesnt have any issue.

Ok, I have tested it a couple times from different locations and it is working. I am not sure I am understanding exactly what problem you are experiencing.
Rather than try and troubleshoot your issue with my Google Drive I will direct you to a mirror:

The skins are available from GAMEBANANA if those links do not work for you you should be able to go to gamebanana, search for them in the top right searchbar, then select skins in the results. They should be the first option when searching for either as I have typed them above.

Download BigMac and Applejack, then download all the ones in Kassgrein's VPKs and dump all the VPK files into your "Team Fortress 2/tf/custom/" folder and boom, Pony Fortress 2.
Still working on models for all the classes.

it would be really awesome if you fix those issues once you have the energy to work on this some more)

Actually the way it works is that it uses the same model for all of the viewmodels (there are a few exceptions like the Heavy's minigun, or the Engineer with the Gunslinger). So really its all just that one viewmodel having issues.
You're having issues with the wrench as well? Is it a Strange Wrench?

yeah the issue with the wrench only exists only when using the strange (stock) wrench, all other wrenches work, strange versions included.

(and yes i read that comment a bit further down mentioning this only happening with the strange wrench. but he did not comment on the red sleeves for the blue engi so i just thought i'd share my experiences as well)

That seems to be the general consensus. It is my plan to make the Rarity Spy next. Currently I am taking a break. But I would like to eventually make a model for each of the classes ~Kassgrein has not.

I had a feeling you would do Rarity next; There is already a fluttermedic out (Not very good either from what I've been reading.) and it is still questionable in my opinion who the soldier should be. In my opinion there are four people who could take that class: Derpy Hooves, Soarin, Spitfire, or that one guy from Equestria Girls.

I don't know the name of that guy because I haven't seen the movie yet nor bothered to look up anything about Equestria Girls aside from the trailers. I could watch the movie on Youtube, but I'd feel better if I just rent/buy a DVD when it comes out.

As for this engineer model: I love it! Even with the helmet problem, I find this model to be a very satisfying class and has really motivated me into trying out the engineer more. In fact, I now have 51 points to the engineer's stats!

I hope you enjoy your break BigDub, for you truly deserve one!

No. Personally I do not like the female versions that seem to be popular. Also I modify the legs, hands, and head, so really the only thing that would be left would be the torso. I'll just make my own.

Okay? So if you're gonna make Rarity Spy, are you gonna fix Fluttermedic just for the gibs and the huds. And you don't feel like remaking Spike Soldier cause it's interest?

If I remake the Fluttershy medic I will start from the original medic. If I make a mod for the soldier it will likely not be Spike.

The pack includes viewmodels that I know work for the wrench. I am not sure what the problem is for your case.

After a little bit of investigation it seems to be a problem with my strange stock wrench. With just the regular stock wrench it works fine with pony hooves shown (alongside all the other wrenches too), but my strange version seems to mess up for some reason.
